UberStrike is a cross-platform FPS that captured over 30 million users organically. With classic ‘Arena’ style gameplay and highly customisable characters and weapons, UberStrike championed accessibility in an age of bulky downloads and demanding hardware.
Responsible for web properties and marketing, my work included platform integration, retention campaigns, social media campaigns, purchase pages, forums, single sign on, profiles and leaderboards. Personal highlights include:
• Reaching 1.5M fans organically on Facebook with wide reach per post – spending $0 on advertising
• Working with Facebook & Unity to achieve best-in-industry conversion rates for the Unity web plugin
• Increasing revenues by optimising operations & purchase flows
• Turning around a failing Steam Greenlight campaign to being successfully green-lit
